At Lets Fast Track, we want you to be fully satisfied with our digital products and services.

1. Products and Services

We provide digital products, workshops, and Done-For-You (DFY) services related to college recruiting.

All descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product access and delivery, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

2. Digital Downloads

Upon purchase, you will receive access to digital content (e.g., videos, PDFs, templates).

By confirming your purchase, you consent to immediate delivery and waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, in accordance with Dutch/EU law.

Digital downloads are for personal use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share them without written permission.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Refunds are only provided when legally required or explicitly stated in our policy.

If a DFY service is purchased, work begins immediately after payment confirmation.

2a. Exceptional Circumstances – Partial Refunds

In rare cases, if you are unable to participate in the DFY program due to serious family circumstances or medical injury, you may request a partial refund.

To be considered, you must provide:

A signed doctor’s note (for medical/injury cases), or

Appropriate documentation for family emergencies.

Requests must be submitted in writing before the program begins or as soon as the issue arises.

Partial refunds are granted at our discretion, taking into account work already completed and resources allocated.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when creating accounts, purchasing products, or booking services.

You agree not to use our products or services for unlawful purposes.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on our website or provided in digital products are the property of Lets Fast Track.

You may use the materials for personal or professional development only.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lets Fast Track is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or services.

Results may vary depending on individual effort and circumstances.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Updated terms will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.

Any disputes will be resolved under Dutch jurisdiction.
